Purpose
As a Public Area Cleaner, you are an significant part of our Housekeeping crew, making sure our shared spaces are super clean and paying attention to all the small details. You will be comfortable working alone or with your team, and you will love chatting with guests, assisting them with any questions or needs they might have.
Primary Responsibilities
* Ensure the property always looks its best, inside and out
* Embrace the cleaning challenge, sprucing up both indoor and outdoor public areas (including pool, gym and shared bathrooms) to meet our high cleanliness and presentation standards
* Eagerly stepping in to support room attendants with room cleaning and linen removal as needed
* Expertly handle specialised equipment and chemicals with safety in mind
* Offering help to guests with inquiries and security matters, and collaborating with different departments to accomplish tasks
* Be the eyes and ears for our maintenance and guest services teams, reporting any issues promptly, from maintenance problems, to damaged equipment and missing items
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a similar role (as a cleaner/room attendant).
