Job Description
As a package delivery specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate transportation of packages to our customers.
* Couriers are responsible for collecting and delivering packages along designated routes, adhering to strict time schedules and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
* Upon receiving packages, couriers must verify contents by scanning and confirming order accuracy during pick-up and delivery, guaranteeing that our customers receive their orders as expected.
* Additionally, couriers are expected to provide support and assistance to customers upon request, offering solutions and alternatives when necessary.
* In the event of any issues or discrepancies, such as damaged goods or incorrect addresses, couriers must promptly report these incidents to ensure prompt resolution.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum Education: Secondary education or equivalent is required for this role.
* Minimum Experience: At least one (1) year of professional driving experience is necessary.
* Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
o Required AU License Classifications: AUK012 Minimum C Class (Car) License or AUK013 Minimum Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License are mandatory.
