Job Overview
The role of a Digital Program Manager is pivotal in ensuring that all digital and technology initiatives within an organization are aligned with commercial, operational, and technical requirements.
This involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to guarantee compliance with established guidelines and providing education/training as needed.
Key Accountabilities:
* Align digital and technology strategies with commercial, operational, and technical objectives.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and provide education/training.
* Administer Digital Sub-Committee meetings and prepare presentations for Technology Governance committee.
* Represent the Digital team in workshops and off-sites to ensure alignment of Real Estate's digital strategy.
* Support business case process for new initiatives, considering technology and digital costs/benefits, delivery approach, and risks.
* Manage external stakeholders, including digital partners and vendors, on execution of digital initiatives.
* Generate reports on performance of Real Estate's digital products/services against agreed KPIs.
* Promote cybersecurity awareness and compliance across Real Estate.
Requirements
A proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.
You will have a proven track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to challenge the status quo and unite teams in a collaborative journey to find commercially effective solutions.
