New opportunity for a proactive and motivated Bid & Sales Coordinator to join our Resources and Industrials bid management team.
As Bid & Sales Coordinator, you will develop collateral to support bid and sales proposal submissions, maintain and drive improvements in content management, assist with the development and roll out of the relevant bid governance processes and practices, as well assist with bid coordination and sales support requirements, ensuring opportunities for improvement are communicated.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide support in the coordination of bid response related material. 
- Coordinate the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timelines are developed and communicated to all stakeholders. 
- Coordinate bid process requirements with relevant Group functions 
- In conjunction with the R&I;/ Opportunity Lead, format and develop documentation to demonstrate Toll's value proposition, ensuring clarity and readability is achieved.
To ensure your success you will possess:
- Experience working in a sales environment, preferably within a transport and logistics organisation 
- Experience in an administrative / sales support capacity within a sales / team environment 
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating large and complex bids highly advantageous 
- Possess excellent written and oral communications skills 
- Strong people engagement skills - be confident at interacting with a variety of internal stakeholders 
- Strong ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects and priorities with efficiency 
- High level computer literacy: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint - intermediate / advanced, Salesforce CRM
