**Job Description**
This exciting opportunity involves leading the marketing and communications process for our Industrial & Logistics business. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies based on stakeholder feedback
• Coordinating client engagement strategies, external and internal forums, workshops, and presentations
• Collaborating with Industrial & Logistics colleagues and other Colliers product lines to drive business growth and implement industry best practices
• Executing effective digital marketing and communications campaigns to promote the Industrial & Logistics team's capabilities internally and externally
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
• Qualifications in marketing, business, or communications
• A minimum of 5 years of professional services or B2B experience, preferably in marketing services
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong understanding of digital marketing (highly desirable)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe InDesign
