Wests Mayfield currently has an exciting opportunity for a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Texas Bar-B-Q Grill, our vibrant Texan-inspired restaurant. We are seeking a customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming dining experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient table service, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guests enjoy a high-quality experience from start to finish. You'll work in a fast-paced environment as part of a supportive team, contributing to the lively atmosphere that Texas Bar-B-Q Grill is known for.
Key responsibilities include:
* Provide friendly customer service
* Table service, taking orders and answering menu questions
* Preparation and service of beverages
* Delivering food to tables
* Operation of tills and cash handling
* Clearing tables and cleaning duties
About you
Bringing your bar and F&B experience, you have a passion for delivering high quality service and outstanding cocktails. You pride yourself on providing a unique experience to enhance the overall entertainment experience for our members and guests. Working nights and weekends fits with your work/life balance. Large team environments appeal to you and you enjoy work with people.
This position will require availability on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Thursday.
Certifications required: RSA
