About the Role

As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized therapy to our residents. Join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team in Residential Aged Care where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.

You will work with our award-winning care model, Plena Care Pathway, which has been recognized for its innovative approach to aged care. You will be responsible for tailoring evidence-based programs around resident goals, providing mobility and functional therapy, care plan reviews, 1:1 interventions, and group active ageing services.

* Provide comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support consumer activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment requirements, pressure area care and skin integrity management, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the needs of the organization and the aged care facilities, and work within the scope of the Occupational Therapy profession.

Requirements

To join our team, you will need:

* A bachelor's degree.
* Current registration with AHPRA.
* Australian working rights.
* Willingness to obtain NDIS worker screening and national police check.
