Who's right for the job?
Someone who is experienced preparing Thai dishes. Someone who can work in a friendly and fast paced team and is passionate about cooking.
Someone who doesn't mind working a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays is a must.
What do you need to be considered?
* Experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent
* You must be an experienced in Thai cuisine
* Be able to work under pressure, in a heated environment
* Excellent, friendly attitude
* Ability to cope well under pressure to ensure guests food expectations are exceeded
* Willing to work a range of shifts including lunch and dinner as required
* Available to work across any of the 7 days a week including nights, weekends and public holidays - full time hours
* Full Australian working rights
* Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards are advantageous
