With a strong pipeline of work and a growing client base, they are seeking experienced and motivated Leading Hand / Senior Electricians to join their professional team. *The RoleThey are requiring a highly skilled Leading Hand / Senior Electrician* to undertake a diverse range of electrical maintenance and service work across residential and commercial environments.
This role requires a strong focus on fault diagnosis, equipment servicing and system installations, as well as leadership responsibilities to guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring high standards of work and safety compliance. *Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead and coordinate electrical maintenance and service tasks across multiple sites
* Diagnose and rectify faults in appliances, equipment control systems, and installations
* Replace and install pumps, floats, lighting, switchboards, and other electrical equipment
* Conduct small-scale PLC tasks (experience considered advantageous)
* Ensure all work meets current electrical standards and complies with safety regulations
* Mentor and support junior electricians, providing guidance and technical expertise
* Liaise with clients to provide professional advice and solutions

****Essential Requirements:******
* A WA Electrical Contractor's Licence is not essential, as the role operates under a nominee; however, holding one would be advantageous in the future.
* Electrical trade qualification, Australian recognised
* Current C Class Driver's Licence
* White Card (Construction Industry Safety)
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
* Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and diagnostic skills
