In this role you will make a real impact helping people with disabilities through accommodation and community engagement. We focus on personalised support teaming up with customers to help them unleash their full potential.
Key duties include delivering domestic supports, supporting person-centred plans, ensuring positive behaviour support plans and administration duties.
You will need experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans, working with behaviour plans, manual handling and medication administration, willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties, ability to manage complex situations with patience and maturity and Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher.
