The role of a Digital Coordinator plays a vital part in enhancing brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and campaign performance through effective use of digital channels and content.
Key Responsibilities
* Digital Campaign Support:
o Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media platforms.
o Coordinate campaign schedules, asset delivery, and performance analysis.
o Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure brand consistency and message clarity.
* Content Management:
o Maintain and update website content, including news, case studies, and project announcements.
o Support the creation of engaging digital content such as blog posts, social media copy, videos, and infographics.
o Ensure content aligns with brand voice, values, and corporate priorities.
* Social Media & Community Engagement:
o Manage day-to-day posting and monitoring across social media platforms.
o Respond to public inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
o Track trends and recommend new ways to grow and engage audiences.
* Analytics & Reporting:
o Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital channels and campaigns.
o Generate regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Event & Campaign Support:
o Assist in digital promotion of public events and sustainability initiatives.
