We are seeking a driven and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join the Doncaster boutique to support the Store Manager in leading, developing, and inspiring a high-performing team while delivering an elevated client experience.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in driving sales performance, developing and motivating the team, and delivering an exceptional luxury client experience. You'll play a key role in maintaining visual and operational excellence, building strong client relationships, and upholding the highest brand standards.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Store Manager in driving sales performance and exceeding KPIs
* Leading, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service
* Building lasting client relationships and growing the client database
* Upholding the luxury brand standards in visual merchandising and store presentation
* Assisting with training, recruitment, and performance development of team members
* Maintaining operational excellence across stock, loss prevention, and administration
