HR Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team at our Wagga Wagga site in NSW.
* Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to drive business performance and achievement of site goals.
* Provide expert HR advice and support to site management teams, ensuring timely and effective resourcing.
* Manage the recruitment and selection process for site staff, maintaining accurate and secure personnel records.
* Lead organizational development initiatives to increase employee involvement and engagement.
* Implement national HR policies and procedures, developing site-specific policies as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage employee relations, industrial relations, and workplace injuries, providing guidance on EBA and award interpretations.
* Play a key role in EBA negotiations, driving flexibility outcomes and constructive relationships with unions.
* Develop and implement site training and development activities, including the waged employee competency system.
