Bakeline Operator – Afternoon Shift
Monday – Friday | 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Temp to Perm Opportunity
Our client, a well-established food manufacturer based in Somersby, is looking for a Bakeline Operator to join their afternoon shift team. Experience with food production, batching, weighing ingredients, or machine operation will be highly regarded, but training will be provided.
Duties Include:
* Weighing and batching ingredients
* Operating mixers and ovens
* Following recipes and production instructions
* Monitoring product quality during production
* Completing basic production paperwork
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
About You:
* Experience in food production, batching, bakery, or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
* Reliable and able to follow instructions
* Good attention to detail
* Comfortable with manual handling and working in a warm environment
