Join us in our mission to enable exceptional outcomes through support every step of the way, from concept to construction.About the RoleWe are currently looking for a full time Warehouse Supervisor to join our Cirtex Warehouse in Bundamba, Brisbane.You'll be responsible for overseeing and managing all operations at the Bundamba Warehouse, covering inwards goods, planning, picking and packing, dispatching, freight and inventory management, staff supervision, HS&E compliance, productivity, and cost control. The primary focus is to ensure the warehouse runs efficiently and delivers an exceptional customer experience while maintaining cost-effectiveness and a sales focus. In addition to managing day-to-day site operations, this role will collaborate with the broader Operations team to prepare for growth in line with the company's revenue goals. A successful candidate in this role will be hands-on and will work alongside the small team day to day.Minimum RequirementsTo be considered you will need prior experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of warehouse and operating procedures.You will also need:Excellent leadership qualities and customer service skillsA great work ethic and can-do attitudeTo be highly organised with excellent time management and ability to prioritiseGood attention to detail and problem solving skillsTo be computer literate with the MS Office SuiteA reasonable level of physical fitness as some heavy lifting is requiredEffective and clear communication skills - written and verbalForklift experienceThis is a full time opportunity working Monday - Friday.If you're ready to take your career to the next level, apply now to become a part of the Cirtex family.
