About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly individual to join our team as a Gig Space Attendant. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring every event at our all-ages music venue runs smoothly and safely.
As a Gig Space Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for patrons, providing exceptional customer service and handling ticket sales or scanning with ease. You will also be responsible for supervising guests and musicians, ensuring everyone follows the conditions of entry.
Your Responsibilities
* Welcome patrons and provide exceptional customer service
* Sell or scan tickets efficiently and accurately
* Handle cash transactions with care and precision
* Supervise guests and musicians to ensure compliance with venue rules
* Work closely with the Gig Space Shift Lead to address any issues that may arise
Requirements
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Ability to work outside of normal working hours, including weekends and evenings
* Demonstrated cash handling skills and strong maths ability
* Ability to work as part of a team and interest in live, local music
* National Police Clearance and WA Working with children check card or willingness to obtain
