Overview
Oseca Health (GP Down South Limited) is a for-purpose primary healthcare organisation, with over 30 years' experience delivering services across the South West and Peel regions of Western Australia.
The Board of Directors is currently seeking to appoint two experienced Non-Executive Directors following a review of the Board Skills Matrix and future governance requirements. These appointments will strengthen the Board's strategic capability and support Oseca's continued growth, sustainability, and community impact.
Location Preference
To enhance regional insight and community connection, interest from candidates based in the Peel and Greater Bunbury Regions are encouraged; however interest from candidates across WA will be considered.
About the Role
Directors contribute at a governance and strategic oversight level and are not involved in day-to-day operations. The Board governs through strategy oversight, financial stewardship, risk management, compliance, and CEO accountability.
Directors receive a modest Board-approved stipend, recognising the governance responsibilities of the role while aligning with Oseca's for-purpose status and commitment to prudent resource stewardship.
Time Commitment
* Board meetings held alternate months (with additional meetings as required)
* Three (3) meetings per year in person (held across Peel and South West)
* Remaining meetings held online
* Membership of one to two Board sub-committees, aligned to skills and interest: Safety, Quality & Innovation (SQI); Remuneration & Nominations (R&N)
