Reporting to onsite Leadership, your primary responsibility will be to ensure day to day direction to the maintenance crews on site. These positions have the responsibility to ensuring that all tasks are being carried out efficiently, safely and correctly.
**Requirements**:
- Hold a relevant trade qualification that is supported by previous experience
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to get the team to work cohesively
- Lead by example in safety and wellness to ensure a culture of zero harm is maintained
- The ability to use initiative to contribute and support continuous improvement and drive change
