Overview
The Team: The Community Rapid Response Service (ComRRS) is based in Tasmania's North West and is looking for Registered Nurses to join this dynamic team. The focus of this service is hospital avoidance, working with GPs and other members of the multidisciplinary team, to deliver care in the community environment, including residential Aged Care Facilities. If you are interested in working with a dynamic, progressive team and have a passion for delivering high level care in the community, this position will interest you.
The Role:
Team members are required to have excellent clinical assessment skills. In collaboration with Clinical Nurse Specialists and Nurse Practitioners, the Registered Nurse will work with a person centred approach to deliver responsive and high-intensity intermediate intervention to clients who otherwise may require Emergency Department attendance and/or hospitalisation.

Details
Multiple permanent, full-time and part-time, shift worker positions, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you can join the team. Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $78,179 to $105,995 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023. Access to the Grade 4 salary range $99,455- $105,995 is subject to successful application for progression to Grade 4.
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
* Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type

Eligibility
Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria
* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse
* Current Driver's Licence
