Key Responsibilities
The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory maintenance, and sales growth to meet targets.
He/She must be a proactive leader with a passion for coffee and commitment to excellence. Experience in retail or hospitality management is preferred, especially in the coffee or food industry.
* Must have excellent interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.
* Confident in hospitality skills and operations, inspiring and developing his/her team to uphold high standards.
Experience in both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) operations is preferred.
