Responsibilities of Role:
- Preparing ingredients cooking (e.g. slicing, cutting, marinating etc)
- Cooking food items according to menu
- Ensuring food is cooked according to portions
- Discussing menu ideas with head chef and upper management
- Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
- Working cohesively in a team environment
- Adhering to OH&S; standards and procedures
To Be Considered for this Role:
- 2+ years experience in a similar position
- Trade qualified
- Fast thinker and swift in the kitchen
- Good communication skills

Pay: $73,150.00 – $75,000.00 per year
