Job Summary
The Senior Ranger position plays a pivotal role in leading park operations, coordinating conservation programs, and supporting cultural heritage management in collaboration with Bunuba Traditional Owners in the West Kimberley District National Parks.
This leadership role involves supervising staff, maintaining visitor facilities, delivering interpretive programs, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.
* Supervise a team of rangers and other staff members to ensure effective operational management and delivery of high-quality services.
* Maintain and improve visitor facilities and infrastructure to provide an exceptional experience for visitors.
* Develop and deliver engaging interpretive programs that educate visitors about the natural and cultural values of the area.
* Collaborate with Bunuba Traditional Owners and other stakeholders to implement conservation programs and manage cultural heritage sites in a culturally sensitive manner.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
