We’re recruiting on behalf of a nationally recognised design and delivery practice seeking an experienced Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator to join their Adelaide team.
This is a unique chance to contribute to a high-profile, landmark healthcare project shaping the future of public infrastructure in South Australia.
About the Role
This is not a traditional CA role — it's a dynamic, project-facing position focused on the front-end delivery phase, working closely with senior project managers to ensure all contractual, design, and documentation milestones are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing contracts and ensuring alignment on deliverables
- Issuing Notices of Delay, Variations, and related contractual documentation
- Coordinating project submission requirements and tracking compliance
- Supporting project managers on consultant agreements and variation processes
- Providing oversight on documentation and deliverables to ensure smooth transition into construction
- Opportunity to transition into more construction-phase involvement over time
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with a Tier 1 builder or contractor on major projects
- Exposure to government or health sector projects highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and front-end coordination
- Confident communicator and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative team
- Ability to hit the ground running and support large, complex project environments
Salary & Start
- $120,000–$150,000 + Super (commensurate with experience)
- Ready for an immediate start or short notice period
