Someone who loves the creative analytical mix: ideate, design, test, measure, repeat. Every improvement you ship directly increases access to healthcare for millions of Australians who need it most. We thrive on collaboration, coffee-fuelled debates about healthcare service delivery, behavioural science and the latest technology. We are growing rapidly, we're profitable and we're funded by one of the leading investors in Australia - Bailador What You’ll Be Doing Owning conversion performance across Updoc’s website and intake forms end-to-end from start to finish. Designing, prototyping and building optimised components in Webflow and our intake tooling (Jotform / custom web / etc). Running rapid A/B tests, analysing impact and communicating insights clearly. Auditing user flows, spotting friction and proposing creative solutions grounded in behavioural science and established conversion research. Seek input and feedback from Product, Marketing, Engineering and Operations teams to test ideas, ship quickly, and measure results. Maintaining a design system for conversion components (forms, CTAs, pricing cards, banners, social proof blocks, etc). Using real data (PostHog, dashboards, session replays) to make decisions About you You’ve designed high-performing conversion flows before — ideally in tech, consumer, health, e-commerce, or subscription products. You understand behavioural science, persuasion, cognitive load, and the psychology behind online decision-making. Professional experience in product design and/or working on a project of your own Bonus: experience with Jotform, analytics tools, A/B testing platforms, SQL or no-code experimentation.
