Pure₂O is a fast-growing Perth-based premium water filtration company specialising in whole-house filtration systems. We install high-end 3-stage filtration systems across Perth’s northern suburbs and are building a strong reputation for quality, compliance and durability.
We are not a cheap online reseller. We are building a serious brand.
We’re looking for a highly capable Marketing & Content Manager who can take ownership of our marketing and significantly increase lead flow, brand authority and online sales.
This is not a junior posting role. This is a growth role.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Filming and editing real installation footage (on-site job visits)
• Creating high-quality video ads for Meta and Google
• Building suburb-specific landing pages (SEO driven)
• Managing and improving Google Ads + Meta lead campaigns
• Growing our eCommerce filter sales (Australia-wide)
• Improving website UX and conversion rates
• Building email automations and lead nurturing flows
• Posting consistently to local community groups and social channels
• Developing a strong visual brand presence across Perth
You will work directly with the business owner and have real input into strategy.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong photography and videography skills
• Confident video editing ability (Reels, short-form ads, job-site content)
• Experience running Google Ads and Meta campaigns
• Solid understanding of SEO and local search optimisation
• Website management experience (Squarespace or similar CMS)
• Commercial mindset – you understand ROI, not just aesthetics
• Self-driven and accountable
Bonus if you understand trades, construction or plumbing environments.

Remuneration
Salary negotiable based on experience.
Open to part-time or full-time for the right person.
