The Administrative Review Tribunal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Relations Adviser to join their team.

A unique opportunity has arisen for an exceptional professional to contribute to the establishment of the Workplace Relations Team as they transition into a new structure.

The successful candidate will work within a small team delivering workplace relations, case management, and policy advice. They will also work closely with the Work Health and Safety Team, particularly with case management.

With subject matter expertise and technical knowledge of relevant Australian Public Service (APS) employment legislation and frameworks, the Workplace Relations Adviser is responsible for providing advice on a range of human resources matters including employment conditions, policy interpretation, performance, and conduct.
">Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate and timely specialist advice consistent with policies, procedures, legislation, and frameworks.
* Work with managers to ensure they are informed of relevant legislative requirements and supported to effectively manage performance and/or conduct matters through to timely resolution.
* Maintain accurate records relating to workplace relations and ensure relevant reporting requirements are met.
* Build collaborative relationships with managers, members, and staff across the organization and related agencies.
The role requires Australian Citizenship and the ability to undertake an Australian Federal Police Check and a Health Assessment.

* Tertiary qualifications in human resources or AHRI certification would be highly regarded.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
