This is how you WOW:
* This role oversees sales of the company's products within a designated territory. This includes managing relationships and driving sales within major retailer partners such as Bunnings, Mitre 10, Total Tools, Sydney Tools, Supercheap Auto, Repco, The Good Guys and JB Hi Fi.
* Achieve and exceed the Territory’s sales targets and budgets.
* Contributes to the sales and marketing activities of the organisation to achieve short and long term business objectives, increase profit and market growth.
* Executes sales and marketing plans. e.g. advertising, promotional campaigns, promotional activities, market and competitor research.
* Educate and train consumers and retail team members on the brand and product categories.
* Answer enquiries from existing customers and end users.
* Maintain customer information and document customer relationships through CRM, ensuring development of existing and new opportunties.
* Participate in other duties that may be assigned.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
* A current / valid driver’s license
* Previoussales experience within the consumer goods industry
* High level of merchandising experience
* Previous retail partner sales experience highly regarded
* You will have demonstrated experience achieving sales targets
* High level of time management skills.
* Ability to work autonomously
* A professional and positive attitudeand willingness to learn
* Strong drive for results, self-motivated and a desire to achieve
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Flexibility to work weekends as required to complete demonstrations
