About the Role:

Event Force (owned by ACESGroup) are looking for motivated casual event customer service professionals to provide a high level of customer service at an exciting range of major sporting events held at GMHBA Stadium at Kardinia Park throughout 2026.

We are looking for fun, outgoing, professional team members who are passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with your team members as the first point of contact for patrons. This includes ushering fans to their seats, scanning tickets, managing queues, spruiking, providing directional assistance, responding to enquiries, and providing an outstanding level of customer service.

Applicants must currently hold a valid Paid Employee Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC) or be willing to obtain one if successful.

We are seeking applicants who can work for the majority of the following event days:

* Friday 17th April 2026
* Saturday 2nd May 2026
* Saturday 23rd May 2026
* Friday 12th June 2026

Additional event days throughout the year will also be announced.

You will be:

* Ushering
* Scanning Tickets
* Managing Queues
* Spruiking
* Providing general information, assistance and customer service

What you need:

* Must be available to start Friday 17th April 2026 and work for the majority of the event dates listed.
* Must hold a valid Paid Employee Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC) or be willing to obtain one immediately if successful for the role.
* Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
* Exceptional personal presentation.
* The ability to follow procedures.
* Great service with a smile.
* Appropriate work rights in Australia.
