Salary:$80,000 - $82,000 + super

About the Role
As a Service Scheduler, you will be responsible for allocating service jobs to technicians and subcontractors in a timely and efficient manner.
You’ll ensure customers receive clear communication about job scheduling and updates, while managing related administration tasks accurately and on time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Schedule and allocate service jobs promptly to technicians and subcontractors
- Communicate with customers regarding ETAs and any changes
- Enter and update job details in internal systems (Salesforce and SAP)
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules and service order pipeline
- Support the team with administrative tasks and compliance processes
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in scheduling or coordination roles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritise and adapt in a quick-paced environment
