We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and expansion across the software lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact on our business. Key responsibilities include:
* Driving the promotion and adoption of Digital Building Enterprise Software solutions to key segments and end-user customers
* Hunting end-user engagements within new and existing accounts
* Developing sound financial business plans to present and close opportunities
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities
* Developing strategic plans to grow the business by identifying target customers/segments with the highest growth potential
* Directly managing commercial teams and resources associated
The successful candidate will be responsible for building executive-level relationships, aligning solutions and business strategies, and creating demand to close orders. They must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt and perform in a fast-moving environment.
Key qualifications include:
* 8-12 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related field
* Experience in consultative selling and competent in software digital sales and SaaS models
* Excellence in client focus, listening capabilities, and communication skills
* Motivation, accountability, and proactivity
* Able to adapt and perform in a fast-moving and often-changing environment
