About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & Workforce Development
* Lead and manage the full HR lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, industrial relations, training & development, and exit processes
* Provide expert HR advice to managers to ensure consistent, compliant and effective people management
* Build leadership capability across the organisation to drive accountability and performance
Quality, Compliance & Governance
* Lead the organisation’s Quality Management System aligned to NDIS Practice Standards
* Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and governance frameworks
* Manage internal and external audits, compliance registers, and continuous improvement systems
* Oversee incident, complaints, and risk management processes
Systems & Data (FlowLogic & Compliance Systems)
* Act as System Administrator for FlowLogic and key compliance systems
* Ensure accurate service recording, data integrity, and alignment to NDIS billing requirements
* Identify gaps in service delivery, compliance, or revenue capture and drive improvements
* Oversee the Learning Management System (EtrainU) and organisational training systems
Training, Compliance & Organisational Capability
* Manage the training matrix and compliance registers
* Experience working with a Learning Management System
* Ensure all staff complete mandatory training, policy acknowledgements, and compliance requirements
* Support the organisation to achieve and maintain NDIS compliance and audit readiness

Darwin Accommodation & Support Services (DAS) – providing individualised supports for SIL, accommodation, daily living skills, community access, and skill development
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
You are a strong, systems-focused leader who understands how people, compliance, and operations connect to drive organisational performance.
You bring:
* Demonstrated experience in Quality & Compliance, ideally within NDIS or community services
* Strong HR lifecycle experience, managing the full employee journey end-to-end—from workforce planning and recruitment through onboarding, performance management, industrial relations, training & development, and exit
* Proven ability to lead and support managers and teams to achieve high performance
* Experience managing IT systems (e.g. FlowLogic, HR systems, LMS platforms) as a system administrator
* Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards, audits, and compliance frameworks
* Experience developing policies, procedures, and governance systems
* Ability to analyse data, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement
Essential Requirements
* Relevant Experience in the full HR lifecycle, NDIS Quality Standards or similar, WHS, or related field
* Current Ochre Card (Working with Children)
* National Police Clearance
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
* NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate
* NT Driver’s Licence
