Responsibilities
* Depot Roll in and outs every day to ensure vehicles are departing safely and on time
* Monitor of Fleet cleanliness
* Monitor Driver presentation and uniforms
* Tracking fleet movements
* Use of radio communications (two way communication)
* Every 3 weeks you will be required to have the afterhours mobile for one week with training provided
* Assist with location coordinator for large movements like full school inter athletics carnivals etc
* Schedule of day to day fleet movements
* Additional tasks as required
* Assist with Sales Manager to set Sale tasks
Qualifications
* Knowledge in the administration and implementation of fatigue management strategies are preferred but not essential
* Excellent written and oral communications skills
* Ability to work as a team member
* Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multi-task
* A demonstrated commitment to providing a high quality and standard of customer care
* Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not essential
* This is a fast paced and high intensity environment, previous experience within the bus industry would be highly regarded, but not essential for this position.
* You must have sound written and verbal communication, and the ability to adapt to change.
* You should also have an intermediate or advanced MS Office proficiency.
This role is for 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
