Overview
This leadership role is responsible for the operational backbone and culture champion of a busy healthcare provider.
The Key Responsibilities
* Drive operational excellence in order to deliver an exceptional standard of care to patients and maintain ongoing awareness of RACGP Standards for General Practice.
As a leader, you will foster a positive high performing team environment, lead a dedicated team of GPs and Allied Health professionals, as well as nurses and support staff. You will work closely with a corporate team offering expertise in operations, finance, human resources, legal, and procurement.

Requirements
5+ years' experience in office and general leadership and management.
Key Skills
Demonstrated ability to delegate, problem-solve, and manage time effectively.
Leadership – People Management
Leading the management of staff across nursing and operational/administrative roles in the healthcare facility.
Risk Management
Taking on the role of complaints officer, managing incident reporting and escalation, and resolving events of business interruption (including occasional after-hours).
Financial Oversight
Responsible for reviewing and implementing service-based rosters within allocated parameters, managing computerized billing/receipting, and providing statistical and financial reports as required.
Accreditation
Responsible for healthcare facility Accreditation, including the self-assessment process and site visit.
This is a fast-paced environment that includes management of administration, and nursing professionals, and building stakeholder relationships with GPs.
