About the Role
Join a rapidly growing allied health company as a Speech Pathologist. This role involves providing evidence-based services through telehealth, community visits, and centre-based models. It offers flexibility to work from home or from various hubs. Key responsibilities include:
* Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults with disabilities
* Maximizing clients' function, capacity, and social engagement within the NDIS framework
* Assisting with assistive technology assessments and applications
* Timely documentation and report writing
* Managing a varied caseload
* Meeting professional expectations and company standards
* Building relationships with key stakeholders
* Utilizing leading software platforms and online tools
Requirements
* Relevant tertiary qualifications
* Professional registration (e.g., AHPRA/SPA)
* Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is a must as this is a community-based role
* Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Police Check & International Police Check (if applicable)
* Car insurance
* Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance
* Valid right to work in Australia
