We are seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator to oversee the procurement and inventory management of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Purchase, receive, store, and distribute goods in accordance with established procedures
* Liaise with department leaders to ensure timely ordering and stock replenishment
* Verify all incoming goods against authorized documentation and conduct regular stock audits
* Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and reporting
* Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile inventory discrepancies and costing variances
Requirements:
* Proven experience in inventory management or a related field
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Familiarity with inventory control systems and software
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
