Soccer Coach Job Description

We are looking for energetic and passionate soccer coaches to lead engaging pre-soccer classes for toddlers to preteens in the South Nashville area. Our ideal candidate has prior experience as a sports coach, teacher, or camp leader and is committed to helping young children reach their full potential.
Job Responsibilities:
* Create and implement lesson plans based on our existing curriculum that promote balance, coordination, cognitive skills, and more through music and movement.
* Teach soccer skills, physical literacy, and life skills to small groups of children in a positive, fun, and safe learning environment.
* Maintain effective communication with parents, providing progress reports and addressing any concerns or questions.
* Model and promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect for self and others.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve coaching skills and knowledge of our curriculum.
* Assist with setup and cleanup of equipment and supplies for classes and events.
Qualifications:
* Prior experience working with children/toddlers/infants.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
* A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and patience.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
* Reliable transportation.
* Able to pass all state and federally mandated background checks.
