Your Day-to-Day:
* Installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs with precision
* Routine servicing and preventative maintenance
* Working on beer reticulation systems (we'll show you if you're not across it)
* Liaising with clients and delivering top-notch customer service
* Managing job materials and supplier coordination
* Maintaining excellent time management across multiple jobs
* Representing our brand professionally on-site and on the road

What You'll Bring:
* Trade qualification in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning
* Proven experience across split, ducted, and commercial systems
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* Safety-focused with solid understanding of WHS practices
* Professional, respectful, and clear communication with clients
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Manual driver's license and clean driving record
* Arctick license and White Card required
