We are looking for Food and beverage attendants to join our Market and Meander team. If you're enthusiastic about delivering outstanding guest experiences and being part of a team that celebrates local culture, we'd love to hear from you.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
* Welcome and greet every guest with warmth and authenticity
* Understanding our offerings, menu, service style and promotional activities
* Provide great customer service, sharing your own unique story and style
* Preparing and serving a wide variety of hot, cold and specialty beverages to a high standard
* Receiving and processing guest payments accurately
* Collaborating with our Events team and kitchen to provide seamless service across our F&B offerings
What We need from you:
* Communication and customer service skills- approachable and articulate
* Passion and knowledge of Adelaide's local scene, especially wines and spirits.
* Strong attention to detail - creating amazing guest service moments with the team
* Motivation – your presence will impact your team and our guests; therefore, it will be important to stay motivated and energised
* Great teamworking attitude
* Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Safe Food Handling certifications
* Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
* Legal right to work in Australia without restrictions
