We're seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative with a drive for B2B sales and experience in the hospitality industry. What You'll Do

* Qualify and Nurture Leads
* Inbound Leads: Be the first point of contact for inbound leads, engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and ensure they meet our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
* Outbound Outreach: Proactively identify and reach out to potential prospects through strategic outbound efforts, initiating conversations to uncover opportunities and introduce them to our solutions.
* Leverage Your Hospitality Experience: Use your knowledge of the hospitality industry to connect authentically with prospects, empathizing with their challenges and building trust.
* Schedule Product Demonstrations: Identify high-potential leads and seamlessly hand them off to Account Executives, ensuring they are fully briefed for impactful demos.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady flow of qualified leads through proactive outreach, including inbound lead engagement and outbound prospecting efforts.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing to optimize lead handoff processes and with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition post-sale.
* Gather Market Insights: Provide valuable feedback to the sales and product teams based on customer conversations to help refine strategies and product offerings.

Who You Are

Required Experience

* B2B sales experience preferable but not required
* At least 2 years of restaurant/hospitality operational experience (FOH, BOH, or management)
* Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
* Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory, labor, and cost management
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Preferable with CRM systems and sales automation tools
