**ABOUT THIS ROLE**

We are currently looking for a security cleared (NV1 or higher) Export Controls Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. No two days are the same in this role which is essential to the success of the project. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier. This role will see you take on a variety of export control and ITAR related tasks as well as being the go-to person for the project team.

This role is based at Williamtown however can be done on a hybrid basis including working from home and our city office.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Providing expert advice on all things related to export controls, ITAR and Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
- Reviewing and providing input into contracts and other documents
- Lead sales and export of sovereign technology to foreign governments
- Liaise with management, staff, customers, contractors and other organisations.
- Prepare correspondence and reports as directed
- Analysis of export control documents
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED**
- Experience within the Defence industry
- Experience with export controls and ITAR
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Process orientated with good attention to detail
- Minimum NV1 security clearance and be able to upgrade if required
