Summary of Role:
This leadership role aims to enhance student learning outcomes and attendance in schools with a significant percentage of students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The successful candidate will provide guidance and support for the implementation of innovative measures, ensuring quality learning outcomes for all students.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing leadership and guidance for the implementation of innovative measures aimed at improving student learning outcomes and attendance.
* Preparing data returns for senior management as requested.
* Maintaining students' individual performance and behaviour, and developing intervention strategies where necessary.
* Communicating and working with parents, higher education institutes, and relevant authorities to improve learning outcomes and student achievements.
