About The Role
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be an integral part of this stores success in overseeing the performance of this established Cairns store. You must lead by example and show passion and enthusiasm with the ability to coach the upcoming retail talent in your team. This business embraces their managers to treat the business as if it is your own with access to KPI & Profit & Loss reports and you will be expected to use them to increase sales and limit expenditure.
About You
You will have a true passion for high-end quality service and be confident to join and lead a performing brand. The key to your success will be your ability to be able to coach and inspire your team to outfit and achieve sales results. The main objective is ALWAYS the customer experience and that will drive your sales and KPI results.
Skills And Experience
* Retail Assistant Store Management or Store Management experience required
* Managed high volume of stock levels
* Fashion, footwear or accessories preferred
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic
* Inspire and motivate a large sales & KPI focused team
* Coach and develop skills on an individual and team basis
* Passionate about a career in retail
