**The Business**
CommTel Network Solutions is a leading international provider of advanced telecommunications solutions for critical services industries, with a focus on Mining, Resources and Power Utilities.
**The Role**
Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager Sales, the Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and business strategies with major accounts in the Western Australia region.
The **Account Manager’s** day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing business plans for the region.
- Identifying potential recent target customers and projects.
- Managing customer relationships for existing and new customers.
- Preparing bids, tenders, quotations and proposals.
- Providing broad input to the sales planning process.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualification in Communications or Electronic Engineering.
- 3+ years experience in a customer account management role.
- 3+ years experience in a business development and sales roles.
- Intermediate level Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
- High level customer relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management, organisational and presentation/finishing skills.
**Desirable Skills / Experience**
- Exposure to the telecommunications infrastructure industry
- Experience in a tender proposal environment.
- Experience in the mining, oil & gas, or emergency services industry
