Red Dust Holdings (RDH) is a progressive Civil Construction & Mining Services Contractor based in Geraldton, WA, with active projects across the state. As our operations grow, we’re looking for a motivated Junior Warehouse Assistant to join the team on a casual basis with plenty of room to grow.
Perfect for school leavers or students, this flexible role offers a great foot-in-the-door to the Civil, Mining & Maintenance industries, with hands-on experience in warehouse operations and logistics.

- Flexible hours – must be able to work Fridays & Saturdays
- Geraldton-based – not FIFO or relocation
- Great entry-level opportunity with full training provided
You’ll support the day-to-day running of the warehouse and yard, helping keep everything organised, stocked, and moving efficiently. It’s an active, hands-on role, perfect for someone who’s reliable, physically capable, and eager to learn.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily warehouse operations and store organization
- Ensuring stock levels are adequate, rotated, and well-presented
- Assisting with receiving, dispatching, and stock control
- Regular lifting of items up to 20kg
- Using computer systems to log inventory and maintain records
- Following established safety and operational procedures
- Supporting the team to meet warehouse and maintenance targets
- Learning all aspects of running a warehouse/store environment

- Comfortable using computers – basic data entry and systems training provided
