We are seeking a skilled Grounds and Landscapes Manager to oversee the maintenance of our landscape services. This key role focuses on sustainable grounds upkeep, contractor supervision, and ensuring compliance with campus development plans and sustainability strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* To develop and implement effective grounds management strategies that promote environmental sustainability
* To supervise contractors performing various tasks related to landscaping such as gardening, lawn care etc. .
* Maintaining accurate records of project progress, budget allocation,and staff performance metrics
