About the Role
We're seeking compassionate and experienced disability support workers to join our team in Alice Springs. In this role, you'll provide individualized support to participants to live independently and confidently.
Your day may include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, domestic tasks, and engaging in enjoyable activities that enhance their overall well-being.
Requirements
* A minimum of 12 months experience as a Disability Support Worker is required.
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or a related field is essential.
* Certification in Medication Administration (HLTHPS006) and Manual Handling (HLTWHS005) are preferred.
* A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are also necessary.
