Currently we are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team based in the Karratha LIA. The successful candidate will be involved in all facets of running the business. If you are a positive, motivated person with an eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
* Managing all incoming communications
* Preparation of job information, invoices and quotes
* Weekly payroll & associated entitlements
Qualifications
* Initiative and the ability to work autonomously
* The ability to prioritise and multi task
* Experience with MYOB accounting software
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
* Previous experience in the service industry
The position is full time with a degree of flexibility in starting & finishing times for the right candidate. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
