We're seeking a proactive and collaborative Project Officer - Clinical to support the rollout of a new Residential Aged Care clinical management system across our growing organisation.About the RoleThe Project Officer - Clinical role will be instrumental in the successful implementation of our new clinical system. You'll bring your clinical expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and problem-solving mindset to ensure the system aligns with the needs of our frontline teams and supports high-quality care outcomes.This position offers flexibility to work remotely. However, the ability and willingness to travel interstate - including to VIC, NSW, TAS, QLD, and WA - is required to support implementation across various sites.We're looking for someone who is not only technically capable but also values the impact digital systems have on care delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Support & Collaboration:Work closely with the Project Manager, IT teams, vendors, and clinical staff to gather requirements, support project planning and delivery, and ensure stakeholder engagement.System Implementation:Assist with system configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring it reflects clinical workflows and compliance needs.Training & Change Management:Support the development and delivery of training, champion the system among staff, and provide hands-on support during the transition.Data & Reporting:Contribute to accurate data migration and help develop dashboards and reports that support clinical and operational performance.Compliance & Quality Assurance:Ensure the system meets aged care standards and supports quality care, privacy, and governance frameworks.What You Will Bring:Qualifications in nursing and current AHPRAExperience in residential aged care or a similar healthcare environmentStrong understanding of clinical workflows and complianceExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsProficiency with clinical management systems or similar softwareAbility and flexibility to travel interstate as required (VIC, NSW, TAS, QLD, WA)Previous experience in system implementation or digital transformation projectsExperience supporting change management and training rolloutsWhy Join Us?At Respect, we foster a culture built on care, integrity, and teamwork.
