Where you'll make an impact
Lead, coach and develop a team of Application and Digital Platform Support Specialists
Ensure the availability, stability and performance of all business applications
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and deliver system improvements and process efficiencies
Oversee incident, change, problem and capacity management under ITIL frameworks
Manage vendor relationships, SLAs and service contracts to ensure value and performance
Act as a subject matter expert for enterprise systems and integrations across POS, PMS, ERP, HR and CRM
Drive continuous improvement and innovation within business applications
Provide reporting to senior management on performance, incidents and service metrics
Lead major incident response and escalation management for business-critical systems

To be successful, you'll need
Minimum five years' experience in a similar Applications Support Management role
Experience in the hospitality industry, supporting POS, PMS, ERP and HR systems
Strong project management, business engagement and stakeholder communication skills
Proven experience managing vendors, contracts and service delivery performance
Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams to achieve high-quality outcomes
Experience implementing system upgrades, integrations and new business solutions
Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and operational best practice
Strong financial management skills, including OPEX and CAPEX budgeting
