Property Sales Professional Opportunity
This role involves working with a reputable real estate group on the Central Coast to find and secure motivated sales professionals to join their established team.
The ideal candidate will have a current Certificate of Registration, full Australian working rights, and a minimum 1 month of real estate experience in any role. They should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as knowledge of the Central Coast and its amenities.
Responsibilities:
* Sales Property Preparation: Prepare properties for sale by staging and photography.
* Customer Service: Attend open homes and auctions to ensure excellent customer service.
* Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships, negotiate sales, and issue contracts.
